Jewish history and God’s Word are replete with illustrations of God’s love for mankind. One illustration that is often used is the example of the wedding of God’s Son (the Bridegroom) and the Bride (the Church), and the Wedding Feast. This illustration is key to the understanding of the Marriage Supper of the Lamb. Today we will not only gain a better understanding of the Wedding Feast in Jewish culture, but also what the church has to look forward to in God’s plan for us, His church.
