We concluded last week speaking of the return of Christ. Chapters 4 and 5 split this section apart, but they do go together. So, we begin again reminding ourselves that the Lord will return. He will return not on our timetable, not according to our understanding, and not when we are comfortable for His return. Therefore, we must be ready at all times. This is how Christ begins chapter 5.
