Blair and his wife, Emily, joined Trinity in 2012. Both of them were saved at young ages, and the Lord led them to Bible college where they met as students while growing in their walk with the Lord. Married since 2002, God has allowed them to assist in a number of churches in North Carolina and Indiana. The Lord brought them to TBC with a desire to use their individual gifts to serve the Lord in a smaller church setting.
A love of music was initially planted when Blair traveled around the NY/NJ metro area performing sacred concerts with his family. Blair joined the choir at TBC just to sing but shortly thereafter, the former choir director asked Blair to step in when he moved. A year later, the congregational song leader moved on to another ministry allowing Blair to shoulder this responsibility as well. While he enjoyed the dual role of choir and congregational song leading, his full-time job as physical therapist demanded more time. In 2019, he transferred the choir directing to another musically educated church member allowing time to focus on overseeing the music ministry at TBC as a whole: congregational singing, adult choir, children's choir, special music, and orchestra. Blair also serves as a deacon when called upon.
When not waving his hands in front of the congregation, he and his wife are rearing two young men and enjoy camping, hiking, soccer, and have recently started a Christmas tree farm in Atlanta, Indiana. They look forward to continuing to serve the Lord in whatever capacity He has for them in the coming years.
