In John 14:15-31 Jesus identifies the role of the Holy Spirit in the life of the disciples. Later in John 16, Jesus will speak about the work of the Holy Spirit. In today's passage, we will study the role of the Holy Spirit in helping us fulfill the commandment to love like Christ. We will see that we often fail to fully understand and yield to the work of the Spirit in our life.
